Product Description
- Both inclined surfaces are coated with a protective silver film.
- Can be used for 180° reflection.
- Easy to adjust and less prone to beam interference.
The Chongfan Technology hollow‑ridge prism reflector consists of two right‑angled prisms and a rectangular substrate, all made from Borofloat. Borofloat offers exceptionally high surface flatness and excellent optical performance, providing superior transmission across the entire spectral range and very low fluorescence. Additionally, the hypotenuse faces of the right‑angled prisms are coated with a silver film protected by a metallic layer, delivering high reflectance in both the visible and near‑infrared regions. The two prisms are positioned with their hypotenuse faces facing each other, forming a dihedral angle of 90° ± 10 arcseconds. This hollow‑ridge prism reflector can redirect light incident on its hypotenuse face; unlike a conventional plane mirror, the reflected beam remains parallel to the incident beam, thereby eliminating beam‑interference effects and achieving greater precision than manually adjusting two separate mirrors. In addition to standard hollow‑ridge prism reflectors, Chongfan Technology offers a variety of customization options, including bespoke dimensions and tailored reflective‑coating specifications.
