Technical Data

In the area of signal detection
An efficient scanning head, a detector, and a continuously variable-speed motorized pinhole, combined with Yongxin’s powerful optical system, deliver fast, stable confocal images with a high signal-to-noise ratio.

In the field of multi-channel signal detection
It integrates four light sources and detectors (405, 488, 561, and 640 nm) and, combined with four‑channel fluorescence fusion technology, enables real-time multi‑channel fused imaging and capture.

In terms of electrification hardware
The NCF950 offers a variety of motorized components, including an electric stage, motorized focus adjustment, an electric objective turret, an electric fluorescence filter wheel, an electric condenser, and motorized light intensity control. It supports both button‑based and software‑driven operation and provides programmable commands, enabling users to easily customize and develop their workflows.

                                                                                                                                                                      Interactive operation

Convenient interaction methods and multiple control options cater to the diverse needs of users, from beginners to professionals. Leveraging the system’s robust hardware–software interactive automation capabilities, it significantly streamlines the entire experimental workflow, while the accompanying NOMIS Advanced C software enables effortless generation of three-dimensional structures and time‑resolved multi‑region analyses, among other advanced features.

The standardized design of the scanning head ensures both system stability and scalability. The scanning head integrates a high‑precision scanning galvanometer system and a continuously variable hexagonal motorized pinhole, enabling low‑noise, high‑contrast, high‑quality confocal images across all objective magnifications. The newly developed scanning galvanometer control technology allows the system to achieve a maximum scan resolution of 4096 × 4096.
