The ultra‑large‑capacity digital micromirror spatial light modulator is designed using a cost‑effective Xilinx FPGA and multiple parallel solid‑state drives, enabling it to store vast amounts of image data. By fully leveraging the DMD’s rapid switching speed, it meets the demanding requirements of applications such as maskless lithography, LDI, direct‑to‑plate imaging, computational imaging, digital flat‑panel printing, and super‑resolution microscopy. Additionally, this ultra‑large‑capacity DMD employs TI’s advanced optical control chip, tailored for industrial and research settings, and supports precise internal and external synchronization signals, ensuring seamless integration with cameras, motion stages, and other equipment.
