Chongfan Technology It features double‑threaded holes and a standard non‑magnetic solid aluminum breadboard, ideal for building compact optical systems. The breadboard’s surface is black anodized to minimize surface reflections and reduce their impact on the optical system. The breadboard includes standard… An array of M6 tapped holes, spaced 12.5 mm apart, facilitates double-sided mounting of components; the number of M6 threaded holes is twice that of a standard optical breadboard. Optical breadboards longer than 300 mm feature five countersunk mounting holes: four at the corners, 25 mm from the edges, and one at the exact center. These five countersunk holes can accommodate vibration-isolating rubber mounts or other mounting bases, and they also enable the breadboard to be secured directly to an optical table surface. When the breadboard’s center bears significant load, adding a mounting base at the central countersunk hole helps maintain surface rigidity and minimize deformation.
