Canon Optical Equipment (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in January 2002, originally under the name Mitsui Information Electronics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In July 2010, it adopted its current corporate name. The company is a foreign‑invested joint venture jointly funded by Canon Inc. of Japan and Canon (China) Co., Ltd., with its registered address located in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. It serves as the sole after-sales service hub for the Canon Group’s Industrial Machinery Business Division (Optical Machinery Division) in mainland China. Over the years, our company has been dedicated to providing after-sales support for advanced manufacturing equipment used in the semiconductor, liquid crystal display, and OLED display industries. This includes, but is not limited to, offering repair and maintenance services for exposure tools manufactured by Canon Inc. for semiconductor and LCD production, as well as for semiconductor manufacturing equipment produced by Canon Anhwa Co., Ltd. and LCD production equipment manufactured by Canon Special Machinery Co., Ltd., along with the sale of spare parts and components for such equipment.
We provide sales of components, after-sales service, and support for the sale of complete systems—including semiconductor lithography tools, FPD exposure equipment, OLED display manufacturing equipment, vacuum systems, die‑bonding machines, and other related products—on behalf of client companies in mainland China.
