ZDT-P series of ordinary air floating vibration isolators

Detail

Parameters

Technical Data

▪        External adjustable dampers can be set according to the on-site environment to reduce resonance risk
▪        Ultra thin airbags reduce the impact of their own stiffness on the natural frequency of the system
▪        High precision pneumatic control system, sensitive, fast, safe, and stable
▪        Automatic leveling
▪        Optional installation of casters

The isolation support adopts ultra-thin composite material airbags and multi hole quasi laminar flow damping technology with additional diffusion ports, which has good isolation performance and stable system. Automatic leveling, automatic inflation, silent air compressor air source, low noise.

The dual chamber pneumatic isolation system generates low-frequency alternating deformation due to the response excited by environmental vibration during operation, causing the flow of gas through the throttle damping hole to change its own direction of motion in each forced cycle to generate damping force.

Due to different usage conditions and requirements, the vibration response caused by the airbag itself is not considered in the general field of vibration isolation, and it is assumed to have no mass. Therefore, the existing airbags are relatively thick (usually 1% of the effective diameter). But in terms of micro vibration isolation, the vibration transmitted by it must be considered. For this purpose, we have developed and produced a specialized ultra-thin airbag with a thickness of only 0.5% of the effective area diameter. Due to its thickness being only half of that of a typical airbag, it is softer and more sensitive.
