The position holder is used to realign the base and other square components removed from the optical system. The holder can be used as a marker on a breadboard or optical platform when the device is removed from the apparatus. The three white dots on the retainer surface mark the three points contacting the device. The two white dots near the end of the outer arm can also be used alone as contact points for the post.
The GDQ-001 rotating holder has a rotating head that can rotate 200 °, which is convenient for storing any position and angle rotation of the square opto-mechanical parts. To do this, lock the device individually and then align the 3 points on the GDQ-001 to the corners of the device. Partially loosen the tension adjustment screw and install the retainer to the breadboard while keeping 3 points in contact with the device. Finally, tighten the tension adjustment screw. In this way, after the device is removed from the device, it can be returned to its original position.
The RSPC position holder is compact and suitable for the case where the screw holes are located diagonally from the base, as shown in the second figure below. When using the RSPC, lock the device separately before aligning the RSPC holder. After determining the position of the holder, the device can be removed from the device and then replaced. The RSPC holder can also be fixed on the optical platform or breadboard by CL6 briquette, which is suitable for situations where the RSPC cannot be directly placed in the platform screw hole.
