Included in all piezoelectric displacement stages and actuators with feedback loops
PJ-055 nanopositioning stages for 75 V piezoelectric actuators and built-in piezoelectric actuators with strain position sensors. This cable sends the position feedback information of the strain sensor in the piezoelectric drive to the strain reader; a separate cable is required to drive the piezoelectric drive. The cable is 3 m long and has a 9-pin D-type male connector for connection to the APT controller, and a 7-pin LEMO connector for connection to the sensor output port on the displacement stage or driver.
