Chong Fan provides Electrodag™5810 type conductive epoxy resin, can be used in the case of soldering. This two-component epoxy resin has good electrical and thermal conductivity and is characterized by a volume resistivity as low as 0.0006 ohm-cm and a lap shear strength of 1000 psi. The silver-filled epoxy resin has a curing time of 24 hours at room temperature, but at 149 degrees Fahrenheit (65 degrees Celsius), its curing time can be reduced to less than 2 hours; at 21 degrees Fahrenheit (100 degrees Celsius), It only takes one hour. The epoxy was encapsulated in two separate bags with a total net weight of 4.4 grams.
