10GHz Battery Biased Fiber Optic Receiver

The battery bias amplified fiber optic receiver is a 1 meter long single-mode fiber-coupled high-speed AC-coupled detector with FC connector, and has been calibrated. They have a PIN photodiode that uses the photovoltaic effect to convert optical power into current and a fixed-gain transimpedance amplifier that allows measurement of <1 mW of input power.
