The black cardboard of Chongfan is the basic component of the hood shell. The TB5 black advertising cardboard is 1/16 inch (1.6mm) thick and 20 inches x 30 inches (50.8cm x 76.2cm) in size. It is sold in groups of five. The opaque corners can be formed only by scoring and folding with a sash. We recommend bonding the joints with 2 inch wide black masking tape to prevent light leakage in these areas.
