The gimbal is suitable for intracavity use and has a true gimbal design with the optical surface directly on the rotating shaft. This design achieves pure rotational motion without angular and positional crosstalk.
There are two adjustment knobs on the top of the gimbal (each revolution is divided into 50 equal parts), which is easy to adjust even if integrated in the optical cavity. They have excellent angular positioning performance.
