A reticle diffraction grating is provided for use in ultraviolet 300 nm or so. These gratings have a relatively pronounced efficiency peak at 300 nm blaze wavelength and are produced from a substrate material with lines. We offer gratings with different blaze angles to meet a variety of spectroscopy and analysis applications where high efficiency is the primary requirement. For more information, please click the Raster Tutorial tab above. We also offer holographic gratings, which do not produce ghosting effects, but are less efficient.
