C16741-40U
The InGaAs camera C16741-40U is a high-sensitivity device covering the visible to near-infrared spectral range, from 400 nm to 1700 nm. With a high resolution of 1280 × 1024 pixels, it delivers images far more detailed than those captured by conventional InGaAs cameras.
In applications suited for near-infrared imaging, it excels in low-magnification microscopy and macroscopic lens-based observations, such as detecting voids and patterns in silicon-bonded wafers, as well as identifying damage in agricultural products.
