Technical Data
Designed for use with hardware compatible with the C interface, pentagonal prisms with the C interface can be quickly and easily fixed to the relevant hardware. The N-BK7 pentagonal prism uses a C- interface female aperture to securely fix the black anodized aluminum housing. It can be used in visual/video imaging systems that are relatively small in space and require 90-degree light deviation. In addition, both the incident surface and the exit surface (aperture) are coated with an antireflective coating to improve the transmittance, thereby reducing the secondary imaging effect. It has ¼-20 screw holes that can be installed later and is located at the bottom.
The pentagonal prism is a five-sided prism having an image with 90 ° light ray deviation and right-rotation. The reflective surface is aluminized to improve efficiency. Moving the prism slightly does not have much effect on the reflected light and makes the pentagonal prism the best optical tool for defining right angles in an optical system.
