Chongfan Technology provides Nikon plan semi-apochromatic phase contrast objectives with magnifications of 10X and 20X, which have good transmittance in the wavelength range from ultraviolet to visible light. To achieve optimal phase contrast, the phase contrast objectives need to be used with the corresponding annular diaphragm, which should be selected based on the type of microscope. For selection, please contact Chongfan Technology technical support. The phase contrast objectives provided by Chongfan Technology are positive phase contrast objectives, where the light from the observed object interferes destructively at the image plane, forming a dark image with a bright background and strong contrast.
