Nd:YAG laser λ/20 UV fused silica right angle prism provides a combination of surface precision flatness and guaranteed laser damage threshold antireflection film. These prisms are very suitable for beam steering, because the surface flatness is λ/20. The arc-second angle tolerance of ± 15 ensures consistency of alignment in batch integration applications.
