American DataRay Corporation was founded in 1988, focusing on the field of laser beam analysis. DataRay company mainly provides CMOS beam analysis camera, scanning slit beam analyzer and professional beam analyzer system.
DataRay offer three families of beam analysis cameras: WinCamD, BladeCam and TaperCamD cameras. These CMOS and VO microbolometer based cameras cover a wide range of different wavelengths from 190nm to 16um.
DataRay manufacture two types of scanning slit beam analyzers: the patented BeamMap series, which provides real-time M3, divergence, focus and alignment management; and the Beam'R. series, providing economical, compact and precise beam analysis. DataRay all scanning slit beam profilers are equipped with Si, Ge and InGaAs detectors, covering wavelengths from 190nm to 2500nm.

Therefore, researchers have been seeking ultra-broadband detectors that can operate at room temperature and respond to wavelengths ranging from visible light to the terahertz band.
