Notice of the 22nd China Young Editors' Academic Seminar on Science and Technology Journals and the First Northeast China Seminar on Innovation and Development of Science and Technology Journals (First Round)

To fully unleash the potential of young editors in the field of scientific and technological journals, deeply cultivate and nurture their leading role, and strive to build a team of young editors of scientific and technological journals who are capable, skilled, proactive, and responsible, creating a good academic ecosystem, enhancing the international dissemination and influence of China's scientific and technological journals, and benchmarking against the strategic goal of building a strong scientific and technological country, the 22nd China Science and Technology Journal Young Editors' Academic Seminar and the First Northeast China Science and Technology Journal Innovation and Development Seminar, jointly hosted by the Editorial Society of China Science and Technology Journals, the Editorial Research Association of Natural Science Journals, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and co-organized by the Youth Working Committee of the Editorial Society of China Science and Technology Journals, the International Exchange Working Committee of the Editorial Society of China Science and Technology Journals, the Light Academic Publishing Center of the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Jilin Provincial Association of Science and Technology Journal Workers, and the Jilin Provincial University Science and Technology Journal Research Association, is planned to be held in Changchun from July 14 to 18, 2025.

4. Requirements for Paper Submission
(1) Deadline for Submission: June 15, 2025.
(2) Submission Method: Submit online http://bjxb.cessp.org.cn Please be sure to select the "2025 Young Editors' Seminar" column when submitting.
(3) Publication Method: High-quality papers from the conference will be selected for publication in "Journal of Editing" and "Academic Publishing and Communication"; other submitted articles, after passing the review, can be published in the form of a supplement to "Journal of Editing".
(4) Writing Requirements: Please write the paper according to the requirements of the "Journal of Editing"'s call for papers and typeset it using Word software. The review and editing process will follow the requirements of the editorial department of "Journal of Editing". It is strongly recommended that the authors of the papers conduct relevant checks to avoid affecting acceptance.
(5) Conference Attendance Requirements: Authors who submit papers must attend the conference. Papers from authors who do not attend will not be recommended to partner journals.
(6) Relevant Fees: Paper review fees and publication fees will be charged according to the fee standards of the partner journals. Relevant fees will be collected by the partner journals after receiving the acceptance notification.

July 14-18, 2025 (Registration on the 14th, Conference on the 15th-17th, Departure on the 18th).
